A “Tett På” conversation with Mie Caroline Holstad

We’re excited to invite you to the next “Tett På” event with SelectionF Norway, featuring Mie Caroline Holstad as our guest.

“Tett På” is SelectionF Norway’s conversation series where we slow things down and go deeper. You will meet people who have navigated complex careers and leadership paths, and we are inviting honest reflections rather than polished answers.

Mie Caroline Holstad is a prominent Norwegian investment executive widely recognized for her long-standing leadership at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). After more than a decade at NBIM, including several years in the executive leadership team, Mie chose to take a bold turn. Today, her portfolio career spans board roles, advisory work, including ABG Alternatives, Aars and Selvaag as well as education and international engagement, bringing together experience, perspective, and a deep understanding of leadership in transition.

The session with Mie will offer insight into leadership beyond titles, career reinvention, as well as how to build meaningful impact across different roles and arenas.

Welcome to an inspiring gathering filled with conversation, curiosity, and connection.

When it comes to diversity in the boardroom, the facts are clear - the more diverse a board is, the better the business performs. This workshop will illuminate why your unique way of thinking makes you a strong and ‘must-have’ boardroom member and equip you with fresh and powerful arguments you can bring to the traditional gender-based boardroom discussions.
