Key findings from the Scandinavian Allbright Report presented by Amanda Lundeteg, CEO of the Allbright Foundation, highlighting similarities and differences in gender equality across Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish business sectors. This first ever Scandinavian report explores how the three countries have approached diversity and inclusion differently. An experienced panel will discuss the variations in national policies and corporate responses, including taking action to reduce unconscious biases and ensuring a wider range of perspectives in leadership and decision-making. This project is financed by the Scandinavian Gender Equality Fund, a cooperation body under the Scandinavian Council of Ministers.
