Wednesday, May 27, where we will dive into boardroom dilemmas and navigation techniques for hands-on confidence - all while walking through the beautiful landscape of Djurgården in Stockholm.

Dilemmas and Challenges in the Board Room
We will explore real-life situations and tools for confident decision-making under pressure. The format – moving in pairs, rotating conversations, and reflecting together – is aimed at creating fresh perspectives, practical insights, and truly open dialogue.

Walking through Princess Estelle’s Sculpture Park at Djurgården will provide more than fresh air – it will offer powerful metaphors for our boardroom dilemmas. The sculptures provide touchpoints for deeper conversations on how to strengthen decision-making under pressure. Sometimes, art and nature can be the best facilitators of insight – and sometimes the best decisions start with a walk.

Ahead of the walk, we will ask participants to pitch a topic or dilemma they would like to explore with others during the walk.

    Format & Flow:

    ·       Walk in rotating groups of 2–4

    ·       Experience artworks from Princess Estelle’s Sculpture Park

    ·       Midway group switch to maximize networking and insight sharing

    ·       Time for reflection at select artworks

We look forward to walking, talking, and reflecting together!

Lessons from the 2026 AGM Season

The 2026 AGM season may be behind us - but the conversations shaping tomorrow’s boards are more active than ever.

What topics dominated this year’s AGM and boardroom discussions?
Which challenges are companies and boards increasingly expected to navigate?
And what signals are Nomination Committees picking up about the competences and profiles needed for the future?

Join SelectionF for an inspiring and interactive evening where experienced Nomination Committee members Patrik Jönsson from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Charlotte Hansson from the Ministry of Finance and Anna Magnusson from the Fourth AP Fund reflect on the recently concluded AGM season and share their perspectives on what lies ahead.

    Together, we will discuss:

    • Key themes and “hot topics” emerging from the 2026 AGM season
    • The evolving expectations on boards and leadership teams
    • Competences and experiences increasingly sought after
    • How aspiring board candidates can strategically position themselves for future opportunities

This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights from those directly involved in shaping tomorrow’s boards — while engaging in open dialogue with peers and professionals across industries.

Following the panel discussion, we invite all guests to stay for our Summer Mingle with networking, refreshments, and inspiring conversations in a relaxed summer atmosphere.

Whether you are already active in board work, exploring your first board opportunity, or simply interested in the future of governance and leadership, we warmly welcome you to join us.

We look forward to an evening of reflection, inspiration, and meaningful connections.

When it comes to diversity in the boardroom, the facts are clear - the more diverse a board is, the better the business performs. This workshop will illuminate why your unique way of thinking makes you a strong and ‘must-have’ boardroom member and equip you with fresh and powerful arguments you can bring to the traditional gender-based boardroom discussions.
