Birn+Partners Vappurieha in May brought together a wonderful crowd, so we’re keeping the tradition going. Welcome to Joulurieha, our Christmas edition! 

Strategy is easy to set and hard to deliver. How are Nordic organisations making change happen? Is their leadership capacity keeping pace with their ambitions? And how are they handling the pressure they face today? 

Welcome to Birn+Partners and SelectionF Christmas event on Thursday 3 December 2026, 15:00–19:00. The event is for executives, board professionals and owners. The afternoon combines fresh research findings and current thinking on leadership with a warm festive atmosphere.

Programme

  • Mona-Maria Ilola, CEO, Birn+Partners Finland: The Mood You Bring: How a Leader’s Emotions Shape the Room - what shapes 2027. 
  • Soili Nepponen, Head of Interim, Birn+Partners: Results of the Birn Nordic Leadership Study 2026. The study examines the leadership of strategic change and leadership capacity in the Nordics. We’ll discuss what the findings mean for day-to-day organisational life, executive appointments and the implementation of change. 
  • Invited guest speakers. Speakers and topics will be announced in early November.

Registration by 11 November 2026. Places are limited to 60 guests, so please register early.

We completely understand that plans sometimes change. At the same time, last-minute no-shows can lead to unnecessary costs and food waste. Therefore, we will introduce a no-show fee if you are registered but do not attend and have not informed us beforehand.
