Join us for a session on investors’ perspectives on the board – from the selection of the chair and members to expectations regarding strategic advice, leadership and value creation.

We will focus on:

• The value of the board: How do investors assess the board’s contribution to the company’s development and results?
• Composition and competencies: How do they select profiles that align with the strategy, the owners’ investment horizon and the company’s next phase?
• The chair’s role: What is expected of the chair in the collaboration between owners, the board and senior management?
• Strategy and execution: How should the board challenge management and support growth, transformation and acquisitions?
• Ongoing development: When is the composition of the board adjusted, and how is its performance assessed?

We examine what makes a board valuable in the eyes of investors – and what board members can do to strengthen their contribution and relevance.
